Child Care Facility Type
Select the type that best describes your child care facility. This will help KidCheck determine a set of default settings, reports, and features that are suited specifically for your needs as an organization.
Staff To Child Ratio
If you want to set a maximum child to staff ratio for reporting purposes, select that here. This feature is for reporting only and will not restrict check-in if maximum ratios are exceeded.
Guardian Types
Use this setting if you wish to classify guardians for your own personal record keeping. This feature is typically used if certain classes of guardians have different childcare priviledges, time allotments, or billing rates.
Webcams
If your organization uses webcams, you can specify that here. This will enable parents to view your webcams only when they have children checked into your organization.
Custom EULA (End User License Agreement)
If you want a guardian to have to agree to a custom EULA (to limit your liability) select “I want to use a custom EULA” and paste your own agreement here. This will show up and require their acceptance when they check in to your facility for the first time. This feature is only available in the Professional edition of KidCheck.
