Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

After using KidCheck for many years, we decided to leave to use the check-in application connected to our church management system to try to save some money. After just a few weeks, we realized this was a huge mistake. Every week, we found ourselves missing the features and options of KidCheck more and more. We also felt we were putting the safety of our kids at risk to save a few dollars. After talking it over with several parents, we decided to switch back to KidCheck. KidCheck made it very easy to switch back, as all our information was still there. I wish we had never left!

KidCheck is amazing and way better than what we used before which was very old and had no digital app. Streamlined check in. Our check in lines are non existent now with 3 stations active and 2 in reserve. Easy to use and volunteer friendly!

We’ve been using KidCheck at our church for many years to check kids in, print name tags, and communicate with parents. It has always worked well and the features have grown and changed to meet our needs. We are highly satisfied.

Everything from the initial tutorial to the use every Sunday has been extremely easy, and where ever questions or concerns might have popped up KidCheck support was available and able to answer the question without any delay.
