Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

I wanted to try to tell you how much the support team, when I have issues on Sunday morning, have saved my life.  For them it is usually just a simple fix, but for me under the pressure of needing that system up and running it seems like a mountain….and they move it.  Thank you for that service!

I really have enjoyed KidCheck so far. It was easy to set up and is easy to use each week.

The biggest advantages I see with KidCheck are the speed of check-in and the ease of attendance reporting.

We are a growing church that is just starting out, and we needed a way to more securely handle the check-in for our children during the morning.  We were using a manual method that was hard to maintain and not user friendly.  After looking at a few different options, KidCheck was the clear winner with an ease of use system, support when we needed it, and back end reporting that made administration much easier and less time consuming.
