  1. I got a call on my day off (Saturday) that said there was a catastrophe with a family in our church. I personally did not recognize the family name. With our new KidCheck system, I was able to log into our database via my phone and see who the family was and what service they attend and each name and age of the family members. I was also able to access their cell phone number. All this information was “at my fingertips” while on my way to the hospital which allowed me to update their small group leader and other staff members in real time. With our old system, I would have had to choose to go the opposite direction from the hospital to my office and log into our old server database (which may or may not be current) and/or look up the children’s names in our attendance binders all before going to the hospital. While in the waiting room, I heard extended family members say how they couldn’t believe the response of our church. Thanks KidCheck Staff for all you do!

  3. I’m a big fan of KidCheck! We had a situation yesterday where a dad, who had a restraining order against him, tried to pick up his daughter during one of our services. Had we not had KidCheck in place, there would have been nothing stopping him from getting his child and we would have had a major problem on our hands. The mom was so grateful to us for not releasing the child (she was a first time visitor) and plans to keep attending our church because of our check in process.

  5. I just wanted to let you know that the customer service Sam provided for me tonight was awesome! I unfortunately had to work late and Sam allowed me to call him really late. He worked hard for an hour or so to get the kinks worked out on my Mac. I am pleased that everything is working great and I will have a check in system for our busiest morning (Easter Sunday). I just wanted to thank you and your team! And a special thanks to Sam for the patience and hard work. You now have a committed customer who wont be looking for any new check in systems anytime soon.
