Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

As the Community Life Pastor that had to look after Gateway Kids for the last 16 months KidCheck saved my sanity. The amount of time I was using out of my 30 hour work week just to do administration was ridiculous and KidCheck took care of all of that so that I could maintain relationships with the teachers and volunteers. I love that the parents are responsible to keep up the info and not me. It has cut down on worry about allergy kids and making sure that the right guardian picks up the right kids. In a church that has grown from 200 to 500 in 2.5 years…that’s a big deal!

I have been thrilled with KidCheck from the day that we started. I love all the features. It is easy to use. I love that I can add my volunteers to the system and print their name tags as well from this system. I love that you give the option to let it be a self check in station OR someone checking them in for the parents. This is the option that we use. The customer service has always been above standard for me. Always helpful and always kind. Thank you for a great product.

In general, I’m very happy with KidCheck. It saves me time in prepping, running, and analyzing Sunday mornings.

I really enjoy KidCheck…instead of 2-3 plus minutes checking in the kids it is now 20 – 30 seconds.

KidCheck makes security and attendance for children more easily managed than traditional check-in forms and long lines. The features you get with KidCheck are worth much more than the price of the product.

I like that KidCheck is global. It allows parents that have used the check in system at other churches or daycares to just update their information.
