Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

I’ve had 4 churches contact me in the last 6 months to ask my opinion about KidCheck. Because I think KidCheck is the very best and most secure check-in solution for any church and/or orginazation, I’m certainly happy to share my experience with them! However, at some point in the conversation, I have said, “I know I’ve been talking up KidCheck so much, you’d think I’m a sales rep for them. I’m really not…I’m just a very satisfied Children’s Minister who feels KidCheck has forever changed the way I will do ministry!” 🙂 At that point, they laugh and have said were sold on KidCheck!

KidCheck has been a fantastic addition to our church’s children’s ministry. The system is SO easy to use and get set up, parents find it intuitive to check their kids in and are on their way to their service in a matter of moments. In many cases, the kids are working the computer while their parents oversee them – it’s THAT simple! The kids love getting their name tags, and since we serve a large number of families, it has helped tremendously in letting our teachers get to know their students and learn their names quickly. Having the allergy and medical information highlighted on the child’s tag has given us all a little more peace of mind, and made it easier to ensure that our church is a safe place for kids with all kinds of medical concerns. KidCheck has effectively removed all the stress and pressure of maintaining a database, sorting and re-sorting information, and allowed us to focus on what we love the most: teaching kids and serving them and their families well.

I love using KidCheck for my Preschool Ministry services and Mother’s Day Out Program. Parents think it is easy to use and are excited that they don’t have to wait in line to sign in on a clipboard. They sign in and out easily and love the text messaging features that KidCheck offers. It’s easy to use and hassle free to maintain! Our office staff loves the attendance reports and that we easily capture parents information without filling out multiple forms. We love it!

KidCheck makes our Kids Ministry look and run professionally which gives parents confidence in our commitment to minister to their family. Information is easily accessible to me and my staff. I appreciate that KidCheck tutorials are thorough and helpful. KidCheck staff has always been very kind, professional and helpful to us. KidCheck is dependable and reliable and I recommend it often.

As the Community Life Pastor that had to look after Gateway Kids for the last 16 months KidCheck saved my sanity. The amount of time I was using out of my 30 hour work week just to do administration was ridiculous and KidCheck took care of all of that so that I could maintain relationships with the teachers and volunteers. I love that the parents are responsible to keep up the info and not me. It has cut down on worry about allergy kids and making sure that the right guardian picks up the right kids. In a church that has grown from 200 to 500 in 2.5 years…that’s a big deal!

I have been thrilled with KidCheck from the day that we started. I love all the features. It is easy to use. I love that I can add my volunteers to the system and print their name tags as well from this system. I love that you give the option to let it be a self check in station OR someone checking them in for the parents. This is the option that we use. The customer service has always been above standard for me. Always helpful and always kind. Thank you for a great product.

In general, I’m very happy with KidCheck. It saves me time in prepping, running, and analyzing Sunday mornings.

I really enjoy KidCheck…instead of 2-3 plus minutes checking in the kids it is now 20 – 30 seconds.
