Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

KidCheck has been a great program for us. Being a new church plant, we were able to stay up to speed with technology without having to worry about having the budget to support it.

It is a great tool with tremendous capabilities and is worth investing in. The allergies and medical conditions alone have saved our neck.

We have been using KidCheck for two years now and are very happy with the check-in program in general. We like that parents are the ones setting up their accounts,adding pictures, and updating their information. Parents especially like the text messaging capability for students who are enrolled in our after-school program. Parents receive the message that they have arrived at our facility and it gives them peace of mind.

I am happy that we have KidCheck and have been very pleased with tech support and response time to all of the questions and trouble-shooting we have had to do over the last two years. I have recommended KidCheck to others and am confident that your product is the best of its kind.

Once you’re trained, this system is easy to use and provides great security for a church. Lots of reports are available and easy to use. There’s great support at KidCheck and since we’ve been using it, they’ve made lots of improvements to the program. We love it.
