Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

I think you guys are awesome – from my very first conversation, to my regular interaction with the software, to my rare, but always important, conversations with your support team – I feel very well cared for as your customer!

I love KidCheck. We have had it in our church for over a year and it has helped us with parent communications and other such things. We had a grandma that always brings her grandchildren, one Sunday, she forgot her granddaughter. She was already at a big super store when we called her using the barcode and finding her phone number. The moment she picked up she said, I just saw the KidCheck barcode scan tag and I remembered that I forgot my granddaughter! Thankfully, the computer, the tag, and the program helped us quickly and efficiently locate the grandmother and get the child to her safely.

I love KidCheck and all it offers. The customer service and response from technical personnel is the best from any company I have ever had to call.
