Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

KidCheck has been a very helpful tool for our church and children’s ministries. We use it every Sunday and Wednesday for our regular services as well as special events. It has helped increase our security and be more efficient in checking kids in at church.

I absolutely love KidCheck! The congregation loves the quick check in. As the director, I love the database to stay in touch with the people, contact members and visitors! I highly recommend Kid Check for everyone!

I love KidCheck! You get it set up and running, get everyone onboard (the keytags make a BIG difference) and it is fast, smooth and easy to use. You could be a Scarecrow and still not need a brain to make it work for you!

KidCheck cuts down on the time consuming way that we manually tracked our kids before. KidCheck is widely used by different organizations, and parents are often familiar with it already, making checking in easier

So far we really like it. It’s easier for us to use during check in and makes check out more enforceable. Before, I was filling in the blanks every night when parents would forget the sign out log, but now we can have a distinct record of when kids leave the facility. I’m particularly excited about the database options since I’m required to keep 8 years of records around!

We used KidCheck for our National Conference of only 3 days but it was the best system for the price I have seen. It was very easy to set up and learn how to operate. Parents were acclimated to the system in only a couple of check in and outs. I plan to include KidCheck in my next years budget for my home church.
