Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

We are happy with our KidCheck experience. I think it is easy to use and easy to train others to use. I have been pleased with the quick response I get when I have questions. The chat feature on the website is very helpful. Thank you.

Using KidCheck is quick and easy. It (only) took the parents 2-3 times using the system to become pros.

This is the first time using a security system. I think it is great and really suits our needs right now. I think the more I work through KidCheck the easier it will be for me. I love the different reports, especially, that we can generate them ourselves.

Speaking from an accounting point of view, I appreciate the Excel conversion feature for reports. The staff, parent and child users of KidCheck at our church seem to view the program favorably and find it easy to use. Children in our after-school program like to check themselves in and out.
