The safety of a child is one of the most important things to secure the parents assurance. KidCheck provides a secure environment for the children and ease for the parents, knowing they will receive a text message if anything is to upset their child. The program that KidCheck has built is incredible. The personalized code and name tag for each child not only secures him or her to be picked up by only their designated adult, but also gives administrators the chance to branch out the the parents of the children. Being a parent, you feel so safe leaving you child with the staff at church knowing that only you (with the receipt) can pick up your child. The security of this program is really reassuring. Thank you all for that you are doing to provide safe environments for children of all ages!

KidCheck works for us!! It is easy to use. The parents appreciate knowing that their children are in a safe situation and that they can control the information about their family. They also like knowing when their children are checked in and out. As an administrator I really appreciate the reports that I can easily access. What a time saver for me. I also like that the templates can be changed to serve our different ministry needs. We have a template for Summer Sunday School and one for VBS. We also made templates for the holidays like Easter and Christmas. With the economy the way it is right now, the affordability of KidCheck is much appreciated. Last, but not least, I so appreaciate the support system of the developers of KidCheck. I have called them many a time and they have always been curtious and have answered my questions in a timely manner.

I think that KidCheck is a great thing it helps the people in charge to know who belongs to who when the kids are leaving. It is a great help especially if it is a families first time at sunday school.

Since our church started using KidCheck, the checking in process has been very smooth, each Sunday. Before KidCheck, I would have 3 different numbers for my children, in case they needed me. Now, I can check in all 4 of my young kids very easily and only have to remember 1 number, instead of 3. My kids range in ages from 9 years old to 9 months old, so the checking in process already is quite time consuming. But with KidCheck that process is so much faster. More time for me to join in the worship service!!! 🙂

We’re a smaller church checking in maybe 30 children on a given Sunday. Initially it was slow before parents had their accounts set up. I wish there was just one single page to type in name, email, and children for first-time guests. Once our parents had their accounts set up, check-in became a breeze! We were supplied enough key tags so everyone could have their own. They simply swipe their tag in front of the scanner and that’s about it. One parent had a problem with information being available on the Internet, but it’s not so much a Kidcheck issue but rather their fears of online usage overall. Kidcheck doesn’t have much more info in their databases than a phonebook. We committed to 3 years of Kidcheck and have been pleased with our launch!

I think the concept is great! I’m sure for parents of younger children it’s easy to use and provides peace of mind. I have two teenagers, and it would be better for ME if they could check themselves in and out. It would still provide peace of mind as I’d know when they got there and when they leave without having to leave MY prior commitments to go check them in and out. With just a touch of tweaking for teens, it would be terrific all around!

I really like the KidCheck program! It has been a great check in system for our church. As a Children’s Director and as a parent, I have seen so many benefits to having this system in place. The parents feel more involved with the program and that is always a plus.

We have enjoyed using Kidcheck for our VBS, and we are just starting to roll it out for all of our children’s programs! The only hard part is the reliability of the printers. They seem to getr easily overwhelmed. Other than that, I love the web based program. It’s easy to use and very intuitive!
