Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

For the last four years KidCheck has allowed our church to safely check in/out our children, keep accurate head count, including volunteers, relay important messages to parents, and the customer service is excellent!!

KidCheck makes it easy to see who is here and where everyone is. It keeps all the important information in one spot and helps those who serve get to know the kids and keep them safe.

We absolutely LOVE KidCheck and how well thought out it is and the safety protocols. The system is user friendly, reliable, and consistent. We haven’t had any issues with our check-in since making the switch. It definitely offers us ease of mind not worrying about check-in working on Sunday mornings.

KidCheck has been a great check-in service for your children’s area providing the needed information needed for each child: DOB, food allergies, special needs etc., plus the ability to text parents through the Admin Console app. We love KidCheck.

We love KidCheck! It provides an excellent way for us to maintain a safe environment for our kids ministries! It’s easy to use and easy to train our volunteers on how to operate the system!

KidCheck is easy to use for our congregation and easy to set up for our admins. KidCheck has a lot of what we need and more than we use! Which allows us to get creative because we are not stuck with just “some” elements. The price for what we use is highly competitive and great for our budget!

As an IT Tech, I have seen a lot of software and KidCheck is easy to install, set up, and use. It makes sense navigating installation, setting up a location, and adding children or guardians. A great tool that lets us know where people are located when checked in and gives us alerting communication with guardians.
