Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

It’s a great system and works well for our classes and events.

KidCheck meets all my needs.  Plus the customer service is fantastic and the program easy to use. I highly recommend KidCheck!

I love KidCheck and all its security features. It is safer than any other check-in procedure we’ve ever used, plus it’s easy-to-use and all the information I need is at my fingertips.

Bottom line, KidCheck works. It’s reliable week in and week out. KidCheck has great features with top notch customer support as well. During our initial setup, we contacted KidCheck with a few questions and received nothing but superior customer support and follow up. We never have to contact them now, because KidCheck always works. We still receive friendly calls and emails to make sure our expectations are being met. Could not be happier with our choice to use KidCheck.

We absolutely love KidCheck! It is very user friendly while also offering excellent security. We have several foster children that attend our church and feel safe knowing they won’t accidentally get sent to the wrong adult in the event the biological parent tries to come get them.

There are a lot of all church databases out there that have a check-in feature, but they’re not that great and don’t provide everything we wanted or are overly complicated. Since KidCheck specializes in check in, you get all the features you need and want to really keep kids safe and communicate with parents. Plus it integrates with our church database.
