Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

We desperately needed to update our manual check-in process. It was tedious, wasteful and not very safety-oriented. KidCheck answered ALL of those concerns in one package, with benefits and features that were welcome additions to our previous set-up. In addition, it offered the opportunity to expand should the need ever arise. The initial investment was significant for us, but well worth it in ease of use, satisfaction from parent and volunteers, and overall professionalism in approach for our kids ministry.

I think KidCheck is simple for anyone to use. It has improved our check in time for parents and guardians.

KidCheck is a great tool to have for a large children’s ministry church. We have over 400 kids that are checked in every Sunday from nursery age to elementary age, and it’s a great way to keep in touch with parents, notify them of upcoming events, know what kids are allergic to.

I am so grateful for KidCheck! It is easy to use and provides great security for our children and preschool ministry. I love the fact that I can keep track of my children that are present on any given Sunday. KidCheck also makes it easy to keep up with a child’s allergy information.

Having used 3 previous check-in programs, KidCheck has been by FAR the best program! It is smooth, the help desk is amazing (and available on Sunday),  my volunteers and families LOVE it!

We love all the options that we have with this system. Every time we connect we find something else that we can utilize for our Children’s Ministry Program.
