Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

KidCheck is so much more than expected.  Customer service is excellent and was very informative when setting up for the first time.  They spent time showing me everything from getting parents involved with startup, adding volunteers, checking-in children, getting reports, and so much more.  The first week ran more smoothly than expected and every week has ran smoothly since.  If there are things that I cannot remember, there are videos to watch which has jogged my memory.  Labels look professional and parents feel very secure with the system in place.

KidCheck is a very secure, reliable, and easy-to-use program that anyone can lean how to use and operate.

KidCheck helps our church provide a safe check-in and check-out process for our families.  The volunteers appreciate the added level of security with matching tags to parents.  Also, at a glance, information on the kids’ labels is great for things like allergies and medical issues.

KidCheck has solved a seven-year-old problem – which was a computer based security system.  We used three other systems over seven years before using KidCheck, and wow! We love it, the results aren’t even close!

KidCheck has enabled quick, secure check-in of our children on Sunday mornings. Having the Admin Console available in each room enables the volunteer to contact the parents directly if needed. Also, the option to highlight allergies on each child’s name tag has helped us avoid potential allergic reactions in our kids.

KidCheck has been such a valuable tool in giving our parents a sense of security in our ministry!  KidCheck gives us full flexibility to insure that children are safely enrolled, and that parents have a direct connection to the school if any need arises!  Bravo KidCheck!
