KidCheck Secure Children's Check-In Expands Support Through Video

People enjoy watching video! From the KidCheck blog post, Understanding Your Children’s Check-In Through Video, we highlighted that studies indicate there is a positive correlation between learning performance and video instruction. Most people are visual learners and prefer a video demonstration which can be played or replayed as often as necessary to master the material.

Assisting our customers by making comprehensive, useful, easy to understand information readily available is a priority for KidCheck.

This week, we announced the expansion of our training and support options to include how-to videos on a variety of topics. These topics include everything from how to add an administrator or volunteer, to the correct way to load check-in labels in the label printer.  Each video is designed to visually demonstrate how to quickly and easily accomplish common tasks related to our child check-in system and augment our existing support resources.
