KidCheck Shares Child Safety Information at the INCM Equip Starter Course
Next week we have the opportunity to participate with our friends at INCM in their new 12 week, Equip Starter Course. Equip, as INCM Associate Director Michayla White described it, “is a dream of their team, a labor of love to provide high quality training for free, to individuals all over the world.” It doesn’t matter if you’re brand new to your role or have been in the trenches of children’s ministry for decades, the course is designed to offer all sorts of new tools and resources. The goal is to provide information that is super practical, as well as spirituality developmental, and offer an online Facebook community with which to share, what you are learning and glean knowledge from others.
The topic for week 2 of Equip is Safety and Security. KidCheck CEO Alex Smith and Child Safety Specialist Angela Lewton will be presenting on Improving Child Safety in Your Organization. We will also be providing lots of additional safety resources, such as content links, blog posts, free child safety downloads and many more actionable tips/tricks.
