Admin Console Features
The Admin Console provides a central location for a variety of helpful functions. Access it from check-in on a computer in the upper right corner, from the Check-in tab > Utilities tab of go.kidcheck.com, or from the KidCheck Admin App.
In the Admin Console you can:
- Update the location of a child currently checked in. Click here for more details.
- Safely and securely check a child out if the guardian does not have a receipt. Click here for more details.
- Quickly and easily reprint a child’s name badge (it will have the same security code as the original). To reprint a child’s badge, just click their printer icon.

Reprint a child’s name badge from a computer check-in station by selecting the printer icon on the child’s row.

Reprint a name badge from the Kidcheck Admin App by selecting Admin Console>Child> “Reprint Badge” button. You can then print to any printer attached to an ExpresHub/PrintHub.

Quickly view a child’s important details. You can also perform various actions such as view authorized guardians, checking a child out, or updating his location.
