The Admin Console provides a central location for a variety of helpful functions. Access it from check-in on a computer in the upper right corner, from the Check-in tab > Utilities tab of, or from the Admin Console Mobile App.

In the Admin Console you can:

  • Update the location of a child currently checked in. Click here for more details.
  • Safely and securely check a child out if the guardian does not have a receipt. Click here for more details.
  • Quickly and easily reprint a child’s name badge (it will have the same security code as the original). To reprint a child’s badge, just click their printer icon.

Reprint a name badge from the Admin Console Mobile App

Reprint a name badge from the Admin Console Mobile App by viewing a child and selecting the “Reprint Badge” button. You can then print to any printer attached to an ExpresHub/PrintHub.

  • By clicking on the child’s name, instantly access key security information about the children in your care with the detailed lookup screen. Verify authorized and unauthorized guardians, view parent and guardian contact information, see allergies, find guardian locations (if enabled), send SMS text messages and more.
